Envirograf HW/CRC Clear Top Coat is a chlorinated rubber clear top coat designed for use over intumescent coatings in areas of high humidity. It provides additional protection for treated surfaces, helping improve resistance in more demanding environments.
This single pack coating is suitable for difficult conditions where chemical and water resistance are required. Typical applications include concrete and steel surfaces in marine, chemical and high-humidity environments, where a protective clear finish is needed over a compatible intumescent coating system.
The clear gloss finish helps protect the underlying coating without significantly changing the appearance of the surface. It can be applied by airless spray, conventional spray, brush or roller, provided the correct film thickness is achieved.
Two coats are recommended on new concrete. Please note that where a certificate is required for fire-proofing work, both the correct primer and top coat must be applied. A top coat alone is not sufficient for a certificate to be issued.
This product is available in 1L, 2.5L, 5L and 10L options.
Please note: this product is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Pair this clear top coat with compatible Envirograf intumescent coatings and primers for a complete fire protection coating system.
