Envirograf HW02N is a clear intumescent fire protection coating designed to upgrade the fire performance of timber and wood-based surfaces while maintaining the natural appearance of the substrate.
Suitable for both internal and external use, HW02N can be applied to new, untreated, treated or previously coated timber, making it ideal for refurbishment and upgrade projects where aesthetics must be preserved.
The coating can be used on a wide range of materials including timber, MDF, insulation board, plasterboard and other wood-derived products, as well as doors, flooring and furniture.
HW02N has been extensively tested to recognised British and European standards and can achieve 30 or 60 minutes fire resistance, depending on substrate type and thickness.
To ensure durability and long-term performance, the system must be finished with a compatible top coat, particularly for external or high-wear applications.
