Envirograf Intumescent Wood Filler

The Intumescent Filler is a water-based wood filler designed for sealing and finishing gaps in fire door installations.

Ideal for use around joints, sight panels and fixing points, it helps maintain a clean, professional finish while supporting the integrity of fire-rated door assemblies. It can also be used to fill screw holes and surface imperfections, improving appearance and helping prevent moisture ingress.

Once applied, the filler dries quickly and can be sanded smooth before painting or finishing. Its light buff colour can be easily adjusted using water-based stains or emulsion paints to match surrounding surfaces.

Suitable for both installation and maintenance work, it provides a practical solution for achieving a neat finish while complementing other passive fire protection products.
