The Envirograf EP/FS/IN/SB is a spirit-based intumescent coating developed for the fire protection of external steel and aluminium structures.

When exposed to fire, the coating reacts to form an insulating char that helps protect the substrate and delay structural failure. The system can provide up to 90 minutes fire resistance, depending on the thickness and section of the steel.

EP/FS/IN/SB is specifically suited to external applications, making it ideal for environments where a solvent-based coating is required to withstand more demanding conditions.

With the use of EP/FS/P Primer, the coating can be applied to previously painted or coated surfaces, reducing surface preparation time during refurbishment or upgrade projects.

Designed for professional application, this intumescent coating provides a reliable solution for upgrading the fire performance of exposed steel and aluminium in external commercial and industrial settings.
