Paxton 325-010 Compact Relay Module (Pack of 5)

The Paxton 325-010 Compact Relay Module is designed for use with Paxton Compact access control systems where volt-free relay contacts are required to control external equipment. Supplied as a pack of five, each module converts the system’s 12V DC switched lock output into switched normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) volt-free contacts.

Compact systems normally provide a 12V DC switched output for operating a lock. This output is not suitable where external equipment requires volt-free contacts, such as roller shutters or 24V locks. The relay module connects across the Compact system’s green and yellow output wires, providing the alternative relay contacts needed for these applications.

Installation is straightforward, with colour-coded terminals that correspond with the Compact connections. Wiring can be completed according to the labelling on the module, helping simplify connection during installation or system modification.

The relay is suitable for switching loads up to a maximum of 40V AC/DC at 4A. Its compact enclosure measures 65 x 22 x 16mm, allowing it to be incorporated into access control installations where additional relay functionality is required without introducing a large separate control device.
