Overview Features

This fibre-free intumescent fire protection clipper is designed to provide passive fire protection for toilet and bathroom ventilation ducting while allowing normal expansion and contraction of the duct.

It helps reduce fire risk around ventilation outlets where overheating may occur.

In the event of a fire, the intumescent material expands to form a fire barrier, sealing the ducting and helping to maintain compartmentation.

The clipper includes intumescent material at both ends and can be easily fixed to walls or ceilings.

With a diameter of 110mm and a height of 140mm, it is suitable for common toilet ventilation applications.

The clipper also offers resistance to smoke, moisture and corrosion, making it ideal for use in wet bathroom environments.
