Astro Intumescent Mastic w/ Optional Colour

This Intumescent Mastic is a high-performance 310ml acrylic fire stopping sealant designed to reinstate the fire resistance of wall and floor constructions wherever linear joints or service penetrations are present.

It provides up to 240 minutes of fire resistance, creating a durable fire rated seal that helps maintain compartmentation and prevents smoke and flame spread around services such as pipes and cables.

Manufactured using advanced polymer technology, the sealant has been tested to recognised international standards and certified as part of a complete fire stopping system.

It is suitable for flexible walls, rigid walls, rigid floors, blank openings and multi-service penetrations, making it a reliable choice for both new installations and refurbishment projects.

The formulation is halogen free and resistant to fungi and vermin, ensuring long-term durability in demanding environments.

Available in 310ml cartridges in white, brown or grey, the sealant can be matched to surrounding materials for a cleaner finish.
