Overview Features

This 10mm x 2mm rebated intumescent fire seal is supplied in a 1050mm self-adhesive strip for quick fitting into door frame or door leaf rebates.

Designed for use around fire doors, it expands when exposed to heat to help seal the gap at the door edge, supporting the door’s fire integrity and limiting the passage of fire and hot gases.

The facing can be painted once installed, helping it blend into the surrounding frame. Supplied in brown or white to suit common door finishes.

Tested to BS476 Part 22 (1987), achieving integrity performance of up to 60 minutes in hardwood doors and up to 33 minutes in softwood doors.
