The ESP MAGfire RHD2 is a conventional rate-of-rise heat detector supplied complete with a diode detector base for easy installation.

This A1R-class detector responds to either a rapid increase in temperature or a fixed temperature threshold of 58°C, providing reliable protection in environments such as workshops, storage areas and kitchens where smoke detection may not be suitable.

Designed for use with ESP MAGfire panels, the RHD2 is also compatible with most conventional fire alarm systems operating with a low fire alarm threshold between 10mA and 15mA. The unit features digital signal processing, a 360° LED indicator and a low-profile design for professional installation.
