The Ajax Hub (4G) Jeweller is a wireless security control panel that connects Ajax devices to users and a security company’s monitoring station. It supports up to 100 wireless Ajax devices, making it suitable for installations that need intrusion detection, sirens and camera integration managed through one system.
The hub uses Ethernet and a single 4G LTE SIM as communication channels. They operate in parallel, with the hub switching between them if a connection is lost. Alarm events can be sent to a security company’s central monitoring station, while users receive push notifications and SMS alerts.
Ajax Jeweller provides encrypted, two-way radio communication with connected devices. Its stated range is up to 2,000 m in an open space. Device status is available in the Ajax apps, which also allow remote configuration and monitoring. The hub can report jamming, connection loss and tamper events.
A built-in backup battery provides up to 15 hours of autonomous operation during a power outage. The system supports up to 50 users, nine security groups and five automation scenarios. Cameras connected to Ajax NVRs can also be integrated, with support for up to 14 NVRs and 200 cameras.
