Ajax KeyPad Jeweller

The Ajax KeyPad Jeweller is a wireless touch keypad for managing an Ajax security system. It allows users to arm, disarm and control security modes using passcodes, with support for 1 general passcode and up to 200 personal passcodes depending on the hub model. An Ajax hub is required for operation.

Personal passcodes make system use easier to track, as the app log and notifications can show who changed the security mode and when. This is useful for homes, offices, rental properties and commercial sites where different people may need controlled access to the alarm system, including staff, cleaners or temporary users.

The keypad includes a duress code function, allowing a user to simulate disarming while silently sending an alarm signal to a central monitoring station. The Function button can also be used as a panic button or configured to mute interconnected Ajax fire detector alarms.

For added security, KeyPad Jeweller includes protection against passcode guessing. If an incorrect code is entered 3 times in a row within 1 minute, the keypad locks for 3 to 180 minutes, with the lock time adjusted in the Ajax app by a PRO or user with admin rights.

Jeweller radio technology provides two-way communication with an Ajax hub or range extender, with a communication range of up to 1,700m in open space. The keypad is powered by 4 pre-installed AAA batteries with up to 2 years of battery life and is supplied with a SmartBracket mounting panel for installation.
