Hochiki CHQ-CB(Red)/RL ESP Protocol Addressable Ceiling Beacon (Red Body/Red Lens)

The Hochiki CHQ-CB (Red Body / Red Lens) is an ESP protocol addressable ceiling beacon designed to provide high-visibility visual alarm indication in fire detection systems.

Loop-powered and fully compatible with Hochiki ESP systems, the unit delivers reliable operation without the need for additional power supplies, simplifying installation and reducing wiring requirements.

Utilising high-intensity LED technology and a custom-designed optic, the beacon produces a bright and uniform flash, ensuring clear visibility across a wide coverage area. It is certified to EN54-23 as a Category ‘C’ (ceiling-mounted) visual alarm device, making it suitable for compliant installations in commercial and public buildings.

The beacon features selectable light output and operates at a 0.5 or 1 Hz flash frequency, allowing configuration to suit specific application requirements. Its red body with red lens provides clear visual identification and consistent signalling in alarm conditions.
