Haes AlarmSense Plus ASP-R-12 Repeater Panel

The Haes AlarmSense Plus ASP-R-12 is a 12-zone fire alarm repeater panel designed to extend the controls and indications of a compatible AlarmSense Plus fire alarm system to an additional location.

It mirrors the main panel’s zonal fire and fault indications and provides fully functional Silence, Resound and Reset controls. Test Mode and system disable functions are also available, allowing authorised users to manage the system from the repeater without returning to the main control panel.

Controls can be enabled by keyswitch or code entry. Where local operation is not required, the controls can be disabled so the repeater functions as a passive indication-only panel. This makes the ASP-R-12 suitable for reception areas, security offices, building entrances and other locations where clear fire alarm status information is needed.

The panel includes Class Change and Alert switched-negative inputs, which can be used to sound or pulse the alarms. These inputs may also be reprogrammed for use as power supply fault inputs. Six programmable switched-negative outputs are provided through the internal communications PCB for connection to compatible external equipment.

Communication with the main system can use fault-tolerant four-core wiring or legacy two-core radial wiring. The repeater is supplied with an internal switch-mode power supply and supports two 12V 3.2Ah VRLA standby batteries. The power supply incorporates monitored, temperature-compensated battery charging.
