Global Fire MAINSI/O Addressable Interface - Mains

The MAINS I/O modules are fully monitored, loop-powered devices designed to interface third-party equipment with a fire alarm control panel using normally open, dry contact connections.

The input connection is continuously monitored for fault conditions, including open and short circuits, as well as alarm activation. These modules allow external systems to be supervised by the fire alarm system, such as sprinkler flow switches to indicate activation or extinguishing agent level monitoring in gas suppression systems.

Each module incorporates a loop short-circuit isolator and a voltage-free, single-pole changeover relay rated for mains operation. The output relay is powered directly from the detection loop, eliminating the need for an external 24V DC power supply. Relay activation is indicated by an onboard red LED for clear status confirmation.
