The 3 I/O PLUS Modules are fully monitored, loop-powered devices designed to interface third-party equipment with a fire alarm control panel using normally open, dry contact connections. Each module supports up to three inputs and three outputs, with every input continuously monitored for fault conditions (open or short circuit) as well as alarm activation.
These modules enable integration of external systems into the fire alarm system, such as sprinkler flow switches to indicate sprinkler activation or extinguishing agent level monitoring in gas suppression systems. Each unit includes a loop short-circuit isolator and up to three voltage-free, single-pole changeover relay outputs, all powered directly from the detection loop without the need for an external 24 V DC power supply.
Relay status is indicated by an onboard red LED, while an 8-way DIL switch allows easy address configuration within the range of 1 to 125. Programmable features include input activation mode selection, delayed input alarm activation, and delayed output activation.
