The Eaton EFXD05052 xDetect CIE Internal Dual PSE Backplane is a modular backplane component designed for compatible Eaton xDetect addressable fire alarm control panels.

It forms part of the xDetect modular panel architecture, supporting system configuration and expansion within suitable xDetect installations. The dual PSE backplane is used alongside compatible xDetect power supply, loop, network, sounder circuit and programmable I/O cards.

The xDetect range is designed around modular components that help installers adapt the panel to suit the building and fire alarm system requirements. Colour-coded cards and local status LEDs support easier identification, maintenance and fault finding during commissioning and servicing.
