The Apollo ORB-HT-11166-APO Orbis A1S Conventional Heat Detector is designed for reliable detection of fast-flaming fires in a wide range of commercial and industrial environments.

Using a single thermistor sensor, the detector continuously monitors air temperature and produces a voltage output proportional to external conditions.

This enables accurate detection of rapid rises in heat associated with fire while reducing the likelihood of false alarms from gradual temperature changes.

Supplied complete with a diode base for secure circuit integrity, the Orbis A1S offers a cost-effective and robust solution for small to medium-sized buildings.
