The XP95 Mains Switching Input/Output Unit (55000-875APO) was designed to provide a voltage-free, single pole change-over relay output along with a monitored switch input.

It was commonly used to interface external equipment such as fire doors, fans, or sounders with the fire alarm system.

This product is now obsolete and has been replaced by the Apollo SA4700-103APO Intelligent Interface. The replacement offers full backward compatibility with Apollo’s XP95 and Discovery protocols.
