Advanced MXP-517 MxPro 5 Series 2-Pos Key Switch (Untrapped)

The Advanced MXP-517 is an untrapped 2-position key switch for MxPro 5 fire alarm control panels.

It provides key-operated control for selected panel functions, including enabling or disabling controls, class change operation, group isolate and sensitivity mode changes.

MxPro 5 panels support direct installation of individual key switches.

A 1 loop MxPro 5 panel supports 1 key switch, while 2 and 4 loop panels can support up to 8 key switches.

If an on-board printer is fitted to an MxPro 5 2 or 4 loop panel, the maximum number of switches is reduced to 4.

Where an MxPro 5 3-position switch is fitted, two programmable inputs must be available for each switch.
