WES3 Heat Detector

The WES3 Heat Detector provides 24/7 fire protection by adding heat detection to your WES3 system. Quick to install and easy to operate, it delivers early warning of fire risks.

The unit operates silently in normal conditions and links directly to the WES3 network to trigger the site-wide fire alarm if heat is detected. A red LED flashes for 30 minutes after activation, making the device simple to identify. Designed for internal use, the detector can be ceiling mounted for reliable coverage.

As part of the WES3 mesh radio network, the detector enhances overall site safety. With a tested battery life of over three years under normal conditions, it reduces maintenance needs and lifetime costs.

The WES3 Heat Detector is EN54 certified and the full WES3 range can be installed to BS 5839 standards. It also complies with HSG168, helping meet Fire Protection Association Joint Code of Practice requirements. This makes it suitable for protecting temporary accommodation units and construction projects from the very start.
