When activated, the unit silently connects to the WES3 network to trigger the site-wide alarm, with a red LED flashing for 30 minutes to allow easy identification. The detector supports GSM base station connection, enabling automatic text alerts for monitoring staff, and can also link to WES REACT for added functionality. With a tested battery life of over three years, it reduces ongoing maintenance costs.
