Rutland RLP TS008 Security & Fire Rated Letterplate with Intumescent Wrap

The Rutland RLP Letterplate with Intumescent Liner is a complete fire and security rated letterplate solution designed for use on modern residential and fire-rated entrance doors.

This product is supplied as a full assembly, including the Rutland RLP letterplate and a graphite-based intumescent liner, ensuring the fire performance of the door is maintained where a letterplate aperture is required.

The slim-profile letterplate delivers a contemporary appearance while meeting the enhanced security requirements of TS008:2022, making it suitable for new build and replacement installations where compliance and aesthetics are equally important.

The integrated intumescent liner is fitted between the internal and external letterplate components and expands rapidly when exposed to heat, sealing the aperture to help prevent the spread of fire and hot gases through the door leaf.

The intumescent material provides 4 mm protection to the top and sides, with increased 6 mm protection to the bottom edge, offering enhanced performance in critical areas.
