Notifier NFXI-OPT Analogue Addressable Optical Smoke Detector

The Notifier NFXI-OPT Analogue Addressable Optical Smoke Detector, also known as the ‘Opal’ photoelectric model, features a completely redesigned sensing chamber developed through extensive research and development. This advanced design enhances responsiveness, minimises sensitivity drift caused by dust build-up, and reduces false alarms triggered by insects or other debris entering the chamber.

This plug-in detector uses advanced processing circuitry with smoothing filters to suppress transient environmental noise that can lead to nuisance alarms. Embedded software running complex algorithms further strengthens its resistance to false activations while improving overall detection speed.

The NFXI-OPT also includes built-in short-circuit isolation and two tri-colour LEDs that offer 360° visual indication of the detector’s status. These LEDs can be programmed to display static or flashing red, amber, or green signals.
