The KT1795 Two Pole Voltage and Continuity Tester is an essential testing instrument designed for electricians carrying out voltage indication and safe isolation procedures on live electrical circuits. Built for reliability and safety, the KT1795 continues to indicate the presence of voltage even without batteries or if the batteries become depleted, providing added confidence when working in demanding environments.
The tester features bright LED voltage indication alongside a high-resolution LCD display capable of providing exact voltage readings to 1V resolution. With AC voltage measurement from 6V–1000V and DC voltage measurement from 6V–1500V, the KT1795 delivers accurate and dependable performance across a wide range of applications.
Designed specifically for UK electricians, the KT1795 includes permanent GS38 compliant slender probe tips that fit directly into recessed terminals such as RCBOs without the need to remove protective caps. Additional functionality includes phase rotation indication, ghost voltage clearance, continuity and diode testing, polarity indication, and a built-in torch for improved visibility in low-light conditions.
Engineered to meet BS EN 61243-3:2014 and IEC 61010-1 safety standards, the KT1795 is rated CAT IV 600V and CAT III 1000V, ensuring suitability for professional electrical testing applications.
