Intumescent Cement Filler

The Envirograf Intumescent Cement Filler 310ml is a ready-mixed, fire-resistant filler designed for sealing small gaps, holes and cracks around building services and structural openings. Supplied in a convenient 310ml tube, the filler sets hard like conventional cement while resisting cracking and expanding when exposed to fire.

Suitable for application around pipes, service penetrations and behind door frames, this intumescent cement filler provides a practical solution for sealing gaps in areas where fire resistance is required. Its ready-mixed formulation eliminates the need for on-site preparation, allowing straightforward application during installation, maintenance and refurbishment work.

When exposed to high temperatures, the intumescent material expands to help restrict the passage of fire through treated openings. Once cured, the filler forms a hard, cement-like finish that resists cracking, making it suitable for filling small holes and gaps around building services.

The filler has also been used in conjunction with PVC/A foam around cables and pipes during fire resistance testing conducted using the general procedures and criteria of BS 476 Part 22:1987. This tested arrangement achieved 130 minutes of fire integrity, demonstrating its suitability for use as part of the specified fire-resistant sealing arrangement.

Supplied in a natural colour, the 310ml intumescent cement filler is suitable for applications around service penetrations, door frames and other small openings requiring fire-resistant sealing.
