The Hochiki SI/CAP2(BLK) Base Sounder/Isolator Cover is a durable protective cap designed to safeguard wiring terminals on compatible Hochiki base sounders and isolator bases. Finished in black and secured with a simple twist-fit mechanism, it provides a neat and reliable solution when a sensor is not installed.

Originally designed for use with the Hochiki YBO-BSB2 Base Sounder, the cover is also compatible with the previous Hochiki YBO-BSB Base Sounder and the Hochiki YBO-BS Base Sounder when these devices are not fitted with a detector. In addition, it can be paired with the Hochiki YBN-R/3(SCI) Isolator Base to create a standalone isolator, offering greater flexibility in system design and installation.

The SI/CAP2(BLK) helps protect exposed wiring terminals from dust, accidental contact, and potential damage, while maintaining a clean and professional finish on the installation. Its straightforward twist-fit design ensures quick and easy fitting during installation or maintenance.
