Global Fire VALKYRIE-ASBI-IP65 VALKYRIE - Addressable Wall Mount Sounder/Beacon IP65 - Red

The VALKYRIE-AS-IP65 is a low-power, wall-mounted addressable sounder/beacon specifically designed for outdoor use. Up to 32 individually addressed units can be connected on a single loop, using addresses 94 to 125. Device addressing is configured via switches 1 to 5 on the 8-way DIL switch, while four selectable tones are set using switches 6 and 7.

When individual address reporting is not required, the VALKYRIE-AS-IP65 can be configured as a Shadow Sounder. In this mode, the sounder does not occupy a loop address, allowing additional addresses to be allocated to detection devices. Shadow Sounders do not communicate with the control panel and their presence on the loop is therefore not monitored. They draw loop current (10 mA in alarm) and must be included in loop loading calculations.
