Global Fire VALKYRIE-AB VALKYRIE - Addressable Beacon - White

The Global Fire VALKYRIE-AB (WHT) is a white, wall-mounted addressable visual indicating device designed for low power consumption. Up to 32 individually addressed beacons can be installed on a single loop, using addresses 94 to 125. Address configuration is achieved via switches 1 to 5 on the 8-way DIL switch.

Where individual address reporting is not required, the VALKYRIE-AB can be configured as a Shadow Beacon. In this mode, the beacons do not occupy loop addresses, allowing additional addresses to be allocated to detection devices. Shadow Beacons do not communicate with the control panel and their presence on the loop is therefore not monitored. They draw loop current (3 mA in alarm) and must be included in loop loading calculations.

When visual alarm devices are not required, the VALKYRIE-AB provides an ideal solution, utilising advanced high-intensity LED technology to deliver a highly visible flash while maintaining exceptionally low current consumption.
