Fire Rated Double Monitored Slim Maglock

The FireSmart Fire Rated Double Monitored Slim Maglock is a surface-mounted electromagnetic lock designed for double door access control applications where a compact fire rated locking solution is required.

This monitored double maglock provides a holding force of up to 300kg, or 661lb, per side, making it suitable for indoor applications where this level of holding force is sufficient. Its slim design helps support neat installation on double doors where space may be limited.

The unit operates from a selectable 12Vdc or 24Vdc supply and uses fail-safe operation, meaning power is required to keep the lock engaged. It also includes MOV spike and surge protection and anti-residual magnetism protection, helping support reliable operation and clean release during daily use.

As a monitored maglock, it provides LED lock status indication and relay contacts for signalling. This makes it suitable for access control systems where lock status feedback is required.

The maglock is supplied with the top plate, armature plate and fixings needed for installation. It has a silver anodised aluminium finish and is designed to operate between -10°C and +55°C, with a humidity range of 0 to 95% non-condensating.
