The EMS FireCell FCX-175-001 is a wireless heat detector designed for use within the EMS FireCell system.
It offers reliable detection of heat-based fire conditions using advanced thermistor sensing technology.
Ideal for areas where smoke detectors may be prone to false alarms, such as kitchens, plant rooms or garages, the FCX-175-001 responds to a rise in temperature rather than smoke particles.
It communicates wirelessly with the control panel via the EMS FireCell network, making it suitable for both new installations and retrofit applications where wiring is difficult.
This device is individually addressable, features a built-in dual-band radio for secure transmission, and is fully compliant with EN standards.
Wireless addressable heat detector
Suitable for areas prone to steam or dust
Responds to rising temperature (rate-of-rise or fixed)
Uses advanced thermistor sensing technology
