Caravan & Motorhome Fire Safety Pack

The Caravan & Motorhome Fire Safety Pack brings together four practical products to help detect smoke and carbon monoxide and provide equipment for responding to small fires while travelling or staying on site.

The included WisuAlarm battery smoke alarm uses a 10-year smoke sensor and two replaceable AA batteries with an expected battery life of up to five years. Its removable batteries make it particularly practical for caravans and motorhomes, allowing them to be taken out during long-term storage or transport. The alarm includes an 85dB sounder, test and silence button and low-battery warning.

Carbon monoxide protection is provided by the WisuAlarm DHI-HY-GC20D detector. Its electrochemical sensor monitors for dangerous CO levels, while the LCD screen provides a live concentration reading. A sealed 10-year lithium battery removes the need for routine battery replacement, and the compact unit can be wall mounted or positioned free-standing.

For fire response, the pack includes a 1.2m x 1.2m FireSmart soft-case fire blanket for smothering small incidents such as pan, waste bin and clothing fires. The clearly marked pouch keeps the blanket protected and accessible, and the product is Kitemarked to BS EN 1869:2019.

A compact 500ml MultiMax L-Ion extinguisher completes the pack. Its multipurpose, PFAS-free and non-conductive agent is suitable for Class A, Class B, electrical, Class F and lithium-ion battery fires. The portable size makes it easier to store where space is limited.
