Blue 60 PU Foam is a high-quality, single-component expanding polyurethane foam designed for fire-resistant sealing applications.
Formulated for use with Blue 60 fire-rated packers, it provides up to 60 minutes of fire protection for timber doorsets, without the need for extra mastics or sealants.
This moisture-curing, self-expanding foam is ready to use straight from the can and contains propellants that are safe for the ozone layer.
In timber doorset installations, it achieves a fire rating of up to one hour, helping support safety and compliance in fire-rated constructions.
It is also suitable for retrofit applications with gaps from 7mm to 30mm.
Tested to BS EN 1634-1 and BS 476-22, Blue 60 PU Foam offers reliable performance in both metal and timber stud partitions.
Acoustic performance of up to 43 dB on full doorsets also makes it a practical choice where sound reduction is required alongside fire resistance.
