The WisuAlarm Wireless Gateway connects to your WisuAlarm Wireless Interconnected Alarms and links directly to the WisuAlarm app, giving you real-time visibility and control over your home’s fire safety.

Once paired, the gateway maintains a constant connection with your alarms.

If one detects smoke or heat, all connected alarms will sound simultaneously, and you’ll receive instant push notifications straight to your smartphone, no matter where you are.

With the WisuAlarm app, you can:

Monitor alarm status remotely
Receive urgent alerts during fire or emergency events
Stay informed at all times, even when away from home

Do I need the Gateway for my WisuAlarm system to work?

No, your WisuAlarm alarms will still interconnect and sound without the Gateway. The Gateway is only needed if you want remote monitoring and push notifications via the WisuAlarm app.

How many alarms can I connect to one Gateway?

A single Gateway can connect with up to 24 WisuAlarm wireless-enabled devices.

What do I need to set it up?

You’ll need a USB-C power lead (not supplied), plus a Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection. Setup is guided step-by-step in the free WisuAlarm app.

Will I still get alerts if my internet goes down?

No, the Gateway requires a live internet connection to send push notifications. Your alarms will still sound in the property as normal.

Where should I place the Gateway?

It can be wall-mounted for a fixed installation or used free-standing on a table or shelf. Choose a location with a good Wi-Fi signal.
