Pepperl-Fuchs KFD0-CS-EX1.51P Galvanic Isolator - Single Channel

The Pepperl+Fuchs KFD0-CS-Ex1.51P is a single-channel intrinsically safe current driver and repeater designed for the safe transfer and isolation of analogue signals between hazardous and non-hazardous areas.

Commonly used with fire alarm, smoke detection, and process control systems, the device reliably transfers 0–40 mA signals while providing galvanic isolation and intrinsic safety protection.

It is loop powered, removing the need for an additional control-side power supply, and includes reverse polarity protection to safeguard against wiring errors.

Certified up to SIL 2 (SC 3) and approved for use in Zone 0, 1 and 2 hazardous areas, the KFD0-CS-Ex1.51P is well suited to safety-critical applications involving detectors, I/P converters, valves, indicators, and audible alarms
