Morley-IAS DXc4 4 Loop Addressable Control Panel

The Morley DXc4 is a 4 loop addressable fire alarm control panel designed for use with Morley-IAS protocol fire detection systems. Part of the DX Connexion range, it provides flexible panel control for larger fire alarm installations where multiple loops, clear system navigation and networking capability are required.

Supplied with a large blue LCD display, alpha-numeric keypad and navigation keys, the DXc4 is designed to make system setup, operation and event review straightforward. Five key-press setup options help simplify commissioning, while USB upload and download support allows configuration data to be transferred efficiently.

The panel supports two sounder circuits and operates from a 230V AC supply. It can also support up to 72-hour standby, making it suitable for applications where extended backup operation is required when correctly specified with the appropriate standby power arrangement.

For larger systems, the DXc4 can be networked with up to 16 loops, including 16 x 1 loop panels, 8 x 2 loop panels, 4 x 4 loop panels or a mixed configuration up to the maximum loop count. The peer-to-peer, fault-tolerant network design helps maintain system resilience, with BS 5839 Part 1 compliant networking supported when configured with the required DXc network card.

The DXc4 is supplied without zone LEDs and supports 160 zone compact mimic connection. Additional functionality includes relay disablement, engineering mode buzzer mute and the option to upload a company logo.
