The KAC M1A-R470SG-K013-81 MCP Indoor Series Manual Call Point is an intrinsically safe manual call point designed for use in hazardous areas where explosive atmospheres may be present.

This variant is based on the proven MCP1A indoor call point platform and is manufactured to protect against additional hazards as defined in Annex II, paragraph 1.2.7 of the ATEX Directive 94/9/EC.

Intended for use within intrinsically safe (I.S.) fire alarm systems, the call point must be installed in conjunction with suitable I.S. barriers to ensure safe operation.

Certified to EN54-11, the unit provides reliable manual fire alarm activation while maintaining full compliance with current fire safety and hazardous area requirements.

Designed for surface mounting, the robust red enclosure ensures high visibility and straightforward installation, making it suitable for industrial, petrochemical and other controlled environments where intrinsically safe equipment is required.
