Home Fire Safety Kit

The Home Fire Safety Kit brings together essential fire safety and first aid products for everyday domestic use.

It includes a WisuAlarm Wireless Interlinked Smoke Alarm & Heat Alarm, 500ml multipurpose fire extinguisher, a soft case fire blanket and a small first aid kit.

Both smoke & heat alarms are powered by a sealed 10-year lithium battery and use split-spectrum photoelectric detection. They can wirelessly interlink with up to 24 compatible WisuAlarm devices, so when one alarm activates, all linked alarms sound together at 85 dB(A), helping alert people across the property rather than in one room only.

For small fire response, the kit includes a Home 500ml Multipurpose Fire Extinguisher. Its compact size makes it suitable for kitchens, utility rooms, garages, home offices, caravans and motorhomes. It can be used on many common household fire risks, including wood, paper, fabric, flammable liquids, cooking oil, electrical equipment and lithium-ion battery fires.

The Soft Case Fire Blanket is designed for small fires and works by cutting off the oxygen supply when placed over the flames. It is Kitemark certified to BS EN 1869 and is suitable for everyday fire situations such as kitchen fires, clothing fires and small electrical appliance fires.

The kit is completed with a Blue Dot Small Envelope Pouch First Aid Kit, supplied in a sturdy dark green fabric pouch, small enough to fit in a drawer or cupboard. It includes plasters, triangular bandages, a wound cleansing wipe and a large sterile dressing for minor first aid situations around the home.
