Arrow 624 Electromagnetic Hold Open/Swing Free Power Size 4 Universal Fire Door Closer (Brass)

The Arrow 624 Electromagnetic Hold Open/Swing Free Door Closer is a power size 4 fire door closer designed for use on fire doors up to 1100mm wide and 80kg in weight. It can be configured in either Hold Open or Swing Free mode, allowing doors to remain open during normal operation whilst automatically closing when power is removed or the fire alarm system is activated.

In Hold Open mode, the door is held open once opened beyond 80°, releasing and closing automatically if the 24V DC power supply is interrupted. In Swing Free mode, the door operates with minimal resistance until a fire alarm or other hazard signal activates the closer.

The closer is suitable for pull side, push side or transom mounting applications and features adjustable closing speed and latching action as standard. Manufactured from British extruded aluminium and British steel, it has been fire tested to 120 minutes and complies with BS EN 1155, BS EN 1154 and BS EN 1634.

The brass finish makes it suitable for projects where a traditional architectural appearance is required whilst maintaining compliance with fire door regulations.
