The Aico Ei3014 Heat Alarm is a mains powered domestic heat alarm designed for reliable fire detection in areas where smoke alarms may be prone to nuisance activations, such as kitchens and garages.

Using an A1 heat sensor that responds to heat build-up from large flaming fires, triggering at 58°C, the Ei3014 provides targeted fire detection for environments where steam, cooking fumes or dust may make smoke detection less suitable. This makes it a practical choice for residential fire safety systems requiring application-specific protection.

The alarm is mains powered with a built-in 10-year rechargeable lithium back-up battery, ensuring continued operation in the event of mains power failure while reducing the maintenance associated with replaceable battery models. Built-in AudioLINK+ technology allows alarm data extraction via a compatible app, helping streamline maintenance checks, diagnostics and alarm record access.

Installation is simplified with Aico’s easi-fit base, making fitting and replacement quicker for installers and electricians. For properties requiring wireless interconnection, the Ei3014 can be upgraded using the Aico Ei3000MRF SmartLINK module, allowing integration into broader interconnected alarm systems without additional hardwired interlinking.
