The Exm-001/002 mounting bezels allow an Ex3001 gas extinguishing control panel or Ex3020/30 remote status indicator to be semi-flush mounted - without compromising on finish. The control panel/status indicator can be recessed into an aperture in a wall to a depth level with the enclosure’s door. The Exm-001/002 is used to provide a trim around the enclosure which neatly covers any unsightly irregularities in the wall aperture into which the enclosure is mounted.

The Exm-001/002 bezels can be fitted to standard Ex3000 products. This allows a unit already available in-stock/ on-site to be modified into a semi-flush mounting solution. Semi-flush mounting the Ex3000 control panel/ remote status indicators with the Exm-001/002 bezels leaves an unobtrusive installation. This is important for areas where clean lines are aesthetically important or for situations where space is at a premium.

• The Exm-001 mounting bezel fits to a standard Ex3001 control panel

• Any control panels already purchased can be easily modified to become semi-flush mounted

• The Exm-002 mounting bezel fits to standard Ex3020/3030 remote status indicators. In the same way, these units can be easily modified to become semi-flush mounted.

• The 30mm trim width allows imperfections in the aperture to be covered over without detracting from the overall appearance of the installed unit.

• Nut & bolt fixing points make for a straight-forward but robust mounting arrangement for the bezels.
