Paxton 860-010G Switch2 Hands Free Keyfob - Green (Pack of 10)

The Paxton 860-010G Switch2 Hands Free Keyfob is a green access control token supplied in a pack of 10.

Designed for use with Paxton Net2 hands-free access control systems, the keyfob allows a user’s token to be read from within a pocket or handbag, making access more convenient in locations where presenting a token directly to a reader may be impractical.

Hands-free access is particularly useful for gates, barriers, loading doors and entrances used by disabled or elderly people. When used with a compatible hands-free interface, the keyfob uses wireless technology to provide active hands-free operation.

It also works in passive mode with other Paxton proximity readers, giving it flexibility across compatible access control installations.

The keyfob supports hands-free read ranges from up to 850mm with a P38 reader through to up to 5,000mm with a long range reader, depending on the reader type and site conditions. It is enrolled onto the Net2 system using the standard desktop reader, helping keep user setup straightforward for installers and system administrators.

Each fob is housed in a plastic casing and powered by 1 x CR2032 battery. It operates on IEEE 802.15.4 frequency and is suitable for use in environments with temperatures from 0°C to +55°C.
