Global Fire OCTO+ OCTO-4 Addressable Fire Alarm Panel - 4 Loop

The OCTO-4 Fire Alarm Control Panel builds on the proven JUNO NET platform and introduces a fully peer-to-peer, multi-master Chameleon Network.

This architecture delivers exceptional resilience for large, distributed systems, as each NODE+ stores complete system data, ensuring uninterrupted operation even if network communication is lost.

The network supports RS422, fibre-optic, or Ethernet connections and can be configured in closed loops or multi-path layouts for maximum redundancy. A single Chameleon Network can include up to 32 NODE+, with each OCTO-4 supporting 1 to 4 addressable loops, enabling up to 128 loops per system.

OCTO-4 integrates with the ODYSSEY Graphics Interface, third-party BMS via Modbus, and supports remote repeaters. It features a graphic backlit LCD with multi-language and custom visual support.

Housed in an aluminium enclosure, the panel includes a PSU, front-end display, NODE+ unit, and networking interfaces. Space is provided for 24V DC sealed lead-acid batteries, delivering up to 24 hours of backup power for low-consumption NODE+ and ZEOS devices.

System expansion is simplified using NODE+ panels without displays, allowing human-machine interfaces only where required. All Cause & Effect programming and configurations are uploaded via CHAMELEON CONNECTOR software and automatically shared across the network.
