The Compact 5 Master Panel is an emergency voice communication system designed for smaller installations requiring control of up to five outstations or Emergency Assist Alarms.
It is a standalone unit with an integrated master handset, EN54-4 power supply and connections for up to 5 lines.
The panel is ideal for systems using Type A outstations, Type B outstations and Emergency Assist Alarms, making it a flexible option for disabled refuge and emergency communication applications.
Designed for straightforward installation, the Compact 5 is microprocessor controlled but requires no on-site programming.
The panel is fitted with end of line resistors which are simply removed when an outstation is connected, helping speed up installation and setup.
Simple cabling allows outstations to connect directly into the master panel using 2-core radial fire-rated cable.
The Compact 5 includes five line keys, a fault accept function, 17 status LEDs and monitored handset functionality to support clear system status indication and day-to-day operation.
Relay outputs are also included for fault and in-use indication.
The enclosure is sized to accommodate 2 x 12V 5Ah backup batteries, which are required but not supplied.
The panel can be surface mounted and also has optional flush mounting accessories available where a neater finish is required.
