The Apollo Ceiling Loop-Powered Visual Alarm Device (VAD) provides reliable primary or supplementary alerts in environments where sounders may be missed, such as workshops, machine rooms, or areas with high background noise. It is also ideal for spaces with deaf or hearing-impaired occupants.

Featuring a high-intensity white LED with a 0.5 Hz flash rate, the VAD offers wide-angle visibility with coverage rated C-3-8.5 (EN 54-23, Category C). Automatic LED checks activate with each alarm, triggering a fault signal if the LED fails, and a secure grub screw locking mechanism ensures tamper resistance. Fully synchronised with the Apollo Protocol, it delivers coordinated, dependable visual alarm signalling.
